Have you seen Tictail Talk yet? It’s brilliant. It’s something that I’ve actually been using more and more every day! As small business owners, we are usually battling against time – chances are you fight to save every second so that you can actually make more products or come up with new designs. Tictail Talk is a great way to get rid of some of those pesky daily emails you have to deal with while connecting even more with your customer base. I’m going to tell you how it works.

1. Be quick about your responses

With Tictail Talk you can start an chat conversation with your customers. This means quicker response times and eliminating the hassles of having to write a long email. If the customer doesn’t have the Tictail app – the message you sent will be automatically converted into a well-designed yet simple email. This breaks down the barrier between you and the customer, and makes you that much more accessible.

Data from Tictail shows that the quicker response a customer gets, the higher the conversion rate – which means that the sooner you reply to a message, the better the chances are that the customer will go through with the purchase.


2. Contact your followers more easily

Now you can send out a message to all your followers and your customers at the same time – with just one click! You get to choose who you want to message, and what you want to share (without having to round up all those email addresses!) You can share an image, new product or just text without having to waste too much energy preparing it.

3. Share discounts

This is one of the best features since I usually don’t have the time to write longer emails. Talk makes it possible to create a message and a discount simultaneously and share it with all your followers and customers at the same time. 

4. Gain a great overview

You can easily see all the orders and conversations in one place with each order and conversation you’ve had with a customer in one chat log. This makes it easier for you to see if it’s a new or returning customer, someone that usually has a lot of questions or if it’s someone you should treat to a special discount. 

5. Follow the order from start to finish

When you mark an order as shipped, your customer will be able to follow the order until it arrives at their front door. If you ship your goods with trackable shipping, all of the tracking details will show up in Tictail Talk. This means that the customer will have total control of their order without even having to go the website of the shipping carrier you are using.
