What is this store's return and exchange policy?
As long as your order has not yet shipped you may cancel or exchange items! Please let me know quickly though, as all sales are final once shipped out! You may return damaged or unsatisfactory items at your cost within a 14 day period.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We ship everywhere in the Americas, Europe, Australia, and now Asia! We are working on expanding our shipping options!
How long will it take to receive my order?
I try to ship orders out within a week of receiving them! Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive in about 2-10 business days, but give it up to 2 weeks before contacting me! For international orders, delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
My purchase arrived damaged or was lost in the mail! What can I do?
Please shoot me a message with pictures of the damaged item and we'll discuss the details! I will try to replace the damaged item(s) or issue a partial refund. If it's been over the estimated delivery date and your purchase has not arrived, please contact me with your name and order number. I'll check the tracking number if there is one, but if not I'll ship out a replacement with tracking. (I may not be able to provide tracking for international replacement orders without cost however! Thank you for your understanding!)
My order arrived and is missing an item!
