1) Apply the gloss bond to clean, dry lips, (one at a time) carefully following the lip line. Keep lips parted and allow the gloss to turn from white to clear.
2) Slightly dampen the pad end of the brush with water, squeezing out any excess, Using the pad, dab the glitter over the gloss, ensuring an even coating. Check for any sticky patches by gently patting with your finger over the glitter and apply and apply more glitter to those areas should it be required.
3) Using the brush end of applicator, dust off the excess glitter and you’re ready to go.
To remove glitter lips, we recommend using an oil based make-up remover as it is kinder to the lips, Soak a cotton disc in the remover and press this onto the lips and hold for 30 seconds, this allows the oil to penetrate the glitter and gloss bond, then gently rub in a circular motion for easy removal.
You can also use baby wipes, but this requires a lot of rubbing and may irritate the lips. Moisturise lips well afterwards. In fact, why not buy our vegan and animal cruelty free approved Crimson Catz Lip shield, number 8? It works as a superb intense natural lip moisturiser.
Although the gloss bond is water based, we do recommend a skin allergy test be carried out 24hrs prior to use. Excessive use can cause dry lips, not for consumption, not to be used on cracked or sore skin. This product can be used on children aged 3+ but must be applied by an adult. When storing Glitter Lips, please ensure it is kept out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry area and away from direct sunlight.
Warning: Discontinue use if skin irritation develops or increases. If irritation persists, consult a health care practitioner.
