After placing your order with KOKORO, it takes about 5 to 7 days for your order to process. When ready to be shipped, you will be sent a tracking number to your email. Tracking numbers may take about a week to start becoming active & showing the status of your parcel's location. After your item is ready to be shipped, please refer to the delivery times:

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 35 days

DHL - $18.00 (free for orders $120+)

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 10 days

Please note that these are only estimates and it is possible for delivery times be longer than stated. Item deliveries may get delayed which is out of our control with factors such as bad weather, complications during transportation, etc. All orders come with tracking numbers so please remember to check those regularly for the status of your order.

Customers are responsible for their country's custom fees.


All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. You can use either of the following websites to track your order:

We accept two forms of payment:

1. Paypal - Paypal is free to join and makes checking out quicker while online shopping. It is free and easy to make an account at and is 100% safe and secure.

2. Credit/Debit Cards - You can checkout using debit or credit cards. Please note that at checkout it says "via Paypal" but that does not mean you need a Paypal account to check out. That simply means your payment will be going through to our Paypal, which is what we use for our store's funds.


Once a refund is issued, it may take a few weeks for the refund to be returned to you. Please understand that once we issue the refund, we have no control how long the process is to returning back to your account. If it takes longer than usual, we suggest contacting your bank regarding the situation. You can contact us if you would like us to provide proof of the issued refunds (screenshots, etc).

Refunds are only issued for the following reasons:

♡ An item your ordered is out of stock - There are times when items go after stock even after placing your order. When this happens, we will email you asking if you would prefer to change the color/style of the item that went out of stock (if applicable) or if you would like a partial refund on just the item and to send the rest of your order as normally. If those choices do not interest you, we can then completely cancel your order and give you a full refund.

♡ We send you the wrong item or the wrong color - We handle each of these items by hand. Although rare, it is possible for mistakes like this to happen. If this happens, please email us ASAP with photos regarding the wrong item(s) sent to you. We will then either issue a full refund on your order or send your missing items free of charge.

♡ An item you receive is damaged before usage - If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged during the shipment process, please email us ASAP with photos regarding the faulty items. We will either send replacements free of charge or issue a refund on the item(s). Please note that we may not issue a refund if you email us 48 hours past the time your items have been delivered.

We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

♡ If the color of the item does not exactly match as shown stock photos - What you see in stock photos may vary depending on screen brightness, monitor settings, and general photo edits of brightness.

♡ If the item is damaged AFTER being used - We are not responsible after an item is misused or not treated properly. If you do have concerns of the item quality that you believe is not under fault of yours, please email us explaining the situation.

♡ If an article of clothing does not fit - We currently do not to returns, exchanges, or refunds on items that do not fit. To avoid this, we ask to carefully read the measurements we give for each item and to be sure they will fit on your body type before ordering. It is best to measure yourself and compare it to the measurements we have up.

♡ Lost or Stolen Packages - We are not responsible if parcel(s) are lost or stolen. As soon as we ship out a package and send you the tracking number, we are no longer responsible (or have control) over the delivery of the item.
