We collect this information from you in order fulfil the agreement you have entered by using our website i.e. to provide you with a website that is selling cards and other items. We aim to ship the majority of products within 1-2 working days of receiving an order however there can be small delays during our busiest periods. If for any reason an item is not in stock or unavailable we will notify you and offer you a full refund.
We send UK orders via Royal Mail First Class (delivery aim 2-3 working days).
We offer two services to Europe (EU Countries). Our Standard service is sent via Royal Mail Airmail (delivery aim 4-6 working days).
To the Rest of World, our Standard service is sent via Royal Mail Airmail (delivery aim 6-15 working days).
All parcels are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. The recipient is responsible for paying any tax levied.
Please contact us if you would like to order wholesale Chinese New Year cards. Minimum wholesale quantity is very low at 40 cards. Discounts depend on amount ordered but we aim to offer the best prices on all cards.
