|Hi! I am Camille, I live in Montreal and I illustrate children and adults books, newspaper and magazine articles, and special commissions. |
I studied Fine Arts at Champlain Regional College and was awarded the Ken Madokoro Fine Arts Award for creativity, perseverance, and initiative to take responsibilities. I pursued my studies in Design at Concordia University in Montreal, where I completed my BA with distinction. I worked in the field of graphic design and packaging design, then collaborated with architects and interior designers to produce graphical renderings. It is in 2015 that I devoted myself to illustration and a year later my project “A vibrant Montreal” was selected by the Ville de Montréal's Bureau du design for the contest CODE SOUVENIR MONTRÉAL. Eventually, I have been chosen to exhibit at Artexpo New York 2017 by a panel of jurors who assess artists' work based on technique, innovation, inspiration and creativity.
