1999 is a non-profit magazine that aims to encourage and celebrate creativity.
Hi, I'm Ruby and i'm the founder and editor of 1999, which I set up when I was 16 years old. I am currently in my final year of A-Levels studying English Literature, Photography and Business Studies.
1999 is a magazine that celebrates and encourages creativity. Each issue includes a range of work from a variety of creative contributors. Work includes photography, art, recipes, articles, interviews and much more.
The majority of children are creative but, sadly, as we grow up this desire to be creative is lost. I want to showcase the work of people who are already expressing their creativity, whilst trying to inspire others to do the same.
I used kickstarter to raise the funds to get the first issue professionally printed but there is also a digital copy available. 1999 is a bi-annual, non-profit magazine. Any money made from the sales will be used to get future issues printed.
Thank you for visiting and DO MORE OF WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME!
